Company Profile
Green Triangle Livestock and Real Estate are an independently owned and operated business who opened their doors on the 16th November 2016. The company may be new to Mount Gambier, however, it comes with familiar faces, years of experience and offers service that is second to none.
Directors, Chris and Garth Manser are a father and son team, who together combine 45 years of experience within the Livestock and Real Estate industry.
Both the directors have worked hard to build a reputation of honesty, loyalty and integrity. This is reflected in the substantial client base they have accumulated, not only within the Green Triangle and Limestone Coast but all the way to Coonalpyn, Wellington and surrounding districts
Angus Widdison is our newest livestock agent bringing a young energy to the team. Living in the Kalangadoo region, he is currently studying Certificate III in Agriculture and is eager to expand his client base.
Chris’s wife, Bernie Manser, together with Brooke Stephenson and Kerry Hill are the welcoming faces of the office and provide our clients with efficient, professional and friendly service. Brooke is also a qualified Sales Consultant, assisting the businesses growing Real Estate sales arm.
Elisha Beare, another familiar face in the Real Estate industry, is also part of the family and has recently been welcomed to the team as a Sales Consultant. Elisha specialises in residential sales, has an extensive background of customer service and has been working within the Real Estate industry for the past nine years. Elisha knows that buying or selling a home can be a stressful time, however one thing that she is known for is going that extra mile to ensure not only the best price in the least amount of time, but that the process runs as smoothly as possible. Joining the team in 2018 was our Property Manager, Candyce Cory, who goes above and beyond for all her clients, landlords and tenants alike.
